An item that I want is sold out. Will it come in stock again?
Although we cannot guarantee that we will restock all items that have sold out, designs from our
Classic/Bestseller range are more likely to be replenished.

We do make Pre-orders available for styles that will be restocked. Pre-order alerts will be sent out
through emails and social updates.Pre-orders typically take 4-8 weeks from time of purchase to be
delivered to you.
Where can I find size and fit advice?
Click on the ‘Info’ button in the top menu and click on 'Size Guide' to view our conversion chart and measurement tips.
How do I place an order on your site?
Follow the simple steps below to place an order on Arden Teal:

At the top menu select your preferred category or search to explore a style or product.

Select the design and size of your item and click ‘Add to cart’.

Proceed to checkout under ‘Cart’ at the right of the top menu.

Enter your gift card or discount code on the checkout page to receive the specific promotion.

Sign in to your account if you have not already done so. If you do not have an account,
simply enter your email address to proceed.

Enter your address and payment information and select a delivery method to complete your
order. Once your purchase is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you.

Do I need an account to place an order?
All you need is an email address to start the order process. We recommend that you
register for an Arden Teal account for an easy shopping process.
How do I receive Arden Teal email updates?
Enter your email address at the bottom of our homepage and stay updated on our
new arrival announcements, back in stock alerts and seasonal promotions.
I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
Simply follow the 'Forgot your password?’ link on our Sign In page and enter your
email address. You’ll receive an email to reset your password.
