We offer free worldwide shipping with a minimum spend of US$50. Shipping within Singapore is free

Will I need to pay taxes and duties?
For Singapore orders, the price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden duties and taxes
charged. For international orders, import duties and taxes may be charged once your order arrives at its
final shipping destination and will be determined by your local customs office.

and sent off within 2 business days. Delivery within Singapore will normally take 2 - 4 business days.

Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately you are not able to change your order once it has been placed and confirmed. This
includes not being able to change the delivery address and add items to an existing order. We request
you to check and ensure that everything is in order and to your satisfaction before you process your
order and payment. We welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces.

Can I cancel my order?
As we strive to quickly dispatch your orders, it would not be possible to cancel your orders.
How do I know if my order has been received?
You will receive a confirmation email from us with the details of your order. This email indicates that your
order has been received and will be processed in our system before being packed and shipped to you.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
You can return your item for an exchange within 10 business days. If you want to exchange for a
different colour or size, the price of both colours must be the same as the price at which you bought the
original product.

How do I return an item?

at the bottom menu.

proceed to return your parcel using any postal service. It’s a good idea to mark your parcel as
‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged any duties.
Do ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.
