The shoes that I bought was well made. Quality is definitely seen in the shoes. It is also accompanied with a Shoe Horn with guides to take care of the shoes. Packaging was sturdy and I received it undamaged.

I requested to return the shoes because it the sizing was larger than I anticipated. The return process was smooth and instructions were clear. The Arden Teal Team gave quality customer service and was happy to replace the size to my preferred one.

I was contemplating this pair for the longest time and my existing shoe sizes were 44. The same size was out of stock and I had requested to be notified when the stock was replenished.

Silly me, didn’t read the description properly that these shoes are larger, so we should be ordering 1 size smaller. I contacted the seller, who was responsive and provided recommendations. Through their experience, they assured me that size 43 would fit!

I placed the order and received the shoes 2 days later! Love it! It fits, feels good, and looks even better! I just wish I had gotten it earlier!!

Will I be charged with a shipping fee?

We offer free worldwide shipping with a minimum spend of US$50. Shipping within Singapore is free with no minimum spend.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order details are confirmed and payment is received, your item(s) will be carefully prepared and sent off within 2 business days. Delivery within Singapore will normally take 2 - 4 business days. International deliveries will take 2 -10 business days depending on your location.

Will I need to pay taxes and duties?

For Singapore orders, the price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden duties and taxes charged. For international orders, import duties and taxes may be charged once your order arrives at its final shipping destination and will be determined by your local customs office.

How do I return an item?

You will need to initiate returns by clicking on the Returns & Refund link under our Need Help section at the bottom menu.

Once that is done and you have received an email from us confirming your returns, you may then proceed to return your parcel using any postal service. It’s a good idea to mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged any duties.

Do ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it. When you return your order, place your returns note in the parcel with the following details marked on it:

- Your order number
- The items you’re returning for a refund

We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition.
